Lindsay guides you gently through anatomy-awareness based, body-serving yoga. This class encourages allowing your body to be honest with your mind, honoring both in appropriate movement, modification for allowance, breath. You'll leave this class knowing something amazing about you!

For those who think they can't move well, this is the class for you! Strengthen your stabilizers, gently create space for your joints to move with more ease, and increase your quality of life with this class for increasing mobility and longevity.
